Hatha Yoga + Meditation

Yoga offers as a space for you to learn how to connect with, love, and heal your body, mind and beyond.

At Livepure, it’s about inner-standing traditional hatha yoga and it’s myriad of practices. We move at our own pace and within our own limits. We cultivate and understand our boundaries. It’s not about pushing through, rather pausing, pulling in. As we reveal the layers of our being, we begin to build a relationship and create trust within ourselves.

This practice is akin to connecting with your inner child. In my experience this work is one in the same. These are the tools and techniques I use in my personal practice and as a teacher.

Creating a holistic approach to healing all aspects of body, mind and spirit through movement, whole foods and inner work that includes mental health awareness.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

Changing how I lived my life was incredibly challenging and as it turns out, it's one of the greatest acts of self love I've ever done. It's life changing, yes. Hard, still? YES! Sure. some days. But it's part of the process, it's an evolution of your lifestyle.

As your body and mind begin to heal, things from within begin to shift. The body, mind and spirit require equal consideration.

We underestimate the power of a healthy relationship with the self.

So how does this work?

Firstly,  you will receive an intake form with detailed questions regarding your current lifestyle. You can share any and all aspects of your life that you wish.

Then we connect and discuss your vision in person or via zoom.

At this point we determine if we’re a good fit for one another. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Working together requires chemistry. Once we decide to co-create, the magic begins…

What we do together:

Discuss your healing journey this far.

Review symptoms and chronic ailments that are affecting your quality of life.

Explore the philosophy that there are many layers or facets to your being that exceed the physical body.

Discover whole foods and herbs that can support you in your next steps of the healing process.

Integrate practices that you've been dreaming about, aspects that you're no longer afraid to explore.

Create a meal plan that will assist you in this lifestyle transition.

Learn recipes and cooking techniques to help increase the level of healing of each meal.

Reorganize your pantry, fridge and kitchen operations to speed up the general process.

Review and discuss which appliances and tools serve your space.

Learn how to read nutrition labels, identify troublemaker ingredients and create efficient grocery lists.

Herbal Alchemy

My connection to herbalism runs deep intuitively (in all of us), but I didn’t become consciously aware of that until I started to explore Ayurveda.

AYUR=life VEDA=knowledge | the science of life.

In my yoga teachers training we were introduced to the theory of the Dosha’s, these are three energies made up of the 5 elements and are the building blocks of existence, including us lovely creatures. The doshas are also the guiding principles of Ayurveda and are used as a tool to diagnose and treat dis-ease in the body and the mind. The treatments or healing modalities include various herbs, oils, meditation and movement.

After exploring herbal medicine more in depth, you begin to realize that this approach to healing is not only intuitive, but innately yours.

Herbal medicine is simply nature in its healing form. Everything about nature provides for us, it’s how we’ve evolved to where we are today, because of her, Mother Earth. The scales in nature have become imbalanced, more and more people are suffering with dis-ease, and so is our great mother.

I believe the solution is bringing ourselves back into balance with the use of traditional herbal medicine. When we bring ourselves back into nature, or bring nature internally, we will heal, and so will she. It’s a big job, but we’re such divine perfect beings and we’re capable of great things.
